How Will Onsite Booth Sales Work?
- You MUST submit a contract by Friday, 13 July 2012 to be assigned an exhibit space rebook time.
- Please arrive at the AUVSI Sales Office a few minutes prior to your assigned time. You will be emailed your exact assignment time no later than Wednesday, 25 July 2012.
- If you do not have the 50% deposit, you will not be able to select your booth onsite.
- A continuously updated floor plan to review will be available along with refreshments in the sales office while you wait. Once your name is called, you will have approximately 2 minutes to select your booth and then you’ll be finished!
- If you cannot attend your assigned appointment time, AUVSI will select for you on your behalf. First we will look to place you in your exhibit space requests written on the contract, if available, if not we will try to select the best location from the remaining inventory.
- If you miss your time slot completely, you may come to the sales office to review the floor plan.
- Please note, once you select your booth, you will have 10 business days to make any changes or cancel your booth space without penalty. This is a NO RISK opportunity.
